How much will my custom piece cost?

The cost of a custom piece depends on factors such as size, complexity, and the type of work you're requesting. To provide an accurate quote, I will need to review the details of your order. Once I’ve reviewed your request and confirmed that the commission can be accepted, I will send you a Venmo payment request. This will include the price of the artwork and, if applicable, shipping fees.

Please note that payment must be completed within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the request. Once the payment is received, I will begin working on your custom artwork.

Custom pieces are priced higher than prints, as they are individually created. The price range for custom work typically falls between $75 and $500, depending on the specifics of the commission.

What if I don’t have an inspiration picture?
For custom portraits (pets, people, and architecture), a reference photo is required, as I work directly from the image provided. If the photo is not clear enough to capture key details, I may need to decline the request. For custom cityscapes, I can work with multiple photos or images found online, as these have a more abstract, whimsical feel. In general, having some inspiration is helpful to ensure a smooth and clear process.

How fast will I receive my order?
Shipping times may vary depending on my location, as I am currently a college student out-of-state. Once your order is accepted, I’ll prepare and ship it in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that shipping times will depend on both my location and the shipping process.

How fast will I receive my custom order?
Custom orders vary by project. For smaller pieces, you can expect a turnaround time of about one month, while larger or multiple pieces may take up to three months. The timeline begins once your order request is accepted. I always strive to complete your order as promptly as possible.

Can I change my order?
Once your order request has been submitted, changes cannot be made unless I have follow-up questions or concerns regarding your project.

Can I return or exchange my purchased art?
Due to the custom nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges.

Do you guarantee shipping?

For summer 2025, orders can either be picked up in Franklin, TN (if you're local), or shipped for a flat $5 fee.

What is the Scripture Series?

The Scripture Series features artwork inspired by meaningful Bible verses. Each piece can be personalized by adding your favorite scripture, handwritten by Madelyn directly on the artwork for an additional $5. This customization makes a truly special and thoughtful gift.
